GuyBet Logistics ships online orders from the USA to Guyana. Our contact details for privacy questions will be added here.

What we collect when you create an account

When you register, we collect:

  • your full name, email address and phone number;
  • your region, town or village and street address in Guyana;
  • your password, which is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that we can’t read.

Our staff may also add the customer reference our US warehouse partner uses for you.

Records we keep to protect your account

  • A record of changes to your account details: what changed, when, and who made the change.
  • Counts of recent sign-in, sign-up and password-reset attempts, used to stop people guessing passwords. These are stored in a one-way scrambled form, not as your email or internet address, and are deleted when they expire.
